Who may use ClaudeOS
ClaudeOS is a private assistant system operated by Arenas Molina Group Ltd ("we", "us"). Only people we have authorised may use it: Arenas Molina Group Ltd, its subsidiary companies and members of the Arenas Molina family. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else may connect an account to it.
Connecting an account
An authorised user connects their own Google account by signing in with Google and granting permission. They can remove that permission at any time from their Google Account or by asking us. ClaudeOS acts only on accounts connected in this way, and sends email only after the account owner has approved the exact message.
Your information
How ClaudeOS handles data from connected accounts is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty
ClaudeOS is an internal tool provided as it is. It uses AI, which can make mistakes, so authorised users remain responsible for checking anything it prepares before relying on it or sending it. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability to anyone other than our authorised users for its use.
Changes
We may change ClaudeOS or these terms at any time. If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
