ClaudeOS

Privacy policy

Effective 7 October 2026

Who we are

ClaudeOS is a private assistant system operated by Arenas Molina Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). It is used only by Arenas Molina Group Ltd, its subsidiary companies and members of the Arenas Molina family. It is not offered to the public. For anything in this policy, contact info@arenasmolinagroup.com.

Whose data this covers

ClaudeOS only accesses Google accounts that their owners have connected themselves, by signing in with Google and granting permission. Those owners are the people ClaudeOS works for. Emails, events and files from other people appear only because they are part of those accounts.

What we access, and why

Depending on what each account owner has allowed, ClaudeOS may access:

We use this data only to provide these assistant features to the account owner. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles or to train general-purpose AI models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ClaudeOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is processed

We do not share Google user data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

ClaudeOS does not keep its own copy of mailboxes, calendars or drives. Working records on our systems, such as session logs, are deleted automatically after 14 days. Notes and documents that ClaudeOS writes for an owner are kept in that owner's own files until they delete them.

Your choices

Account owners can remove ClaudeOS's access at any time from their Google Account, under Third-party apps and services, or by asking us. Once access is removed, ClaudeOS can no longer read or change anything in that account, and we delete its sign-in tokens.

If you believe ClaudeOS holds information about you and want to ask about it, contact info@arenasmolinagroup.com. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
